Soon, Friday March 29, 2024, a date to mark with a white stone in the history of Cross the Ages. Holders of Assets from the first Arkhante season are faced with a difficult choice: To mint or not the last digital treasures hidden deep in their wallets. This dilemma is not only a strategic decision, but it is a matter of saying Farewell, not without emotion, to an entire founding era...
During which, they were able to accumulate an incredible number of cards in order to enrich their game, as well as their collection. It is also a moment of emotion for Cross the Ages, which sees the edition of its first collection of cards “Season 1 of Arkhante” come to an end.
To Mint or not to Mint; that is the question?!
Season 1 Arkhante marked the beginning of an incredible adventure. Its official launch in March 2023 fascinated the entire community with the collection and discovery aspect. In Cross The Ages, each season is structured around a 6-month cycle of active play, followed by another 6-month cycle to continue Minting the assets of the season. Thus, one year after the start of a season, the power of Minting Digital Assets is definitively closed and the last remaining unMinted ones are exclusively available in the Eternal version.

Deflationary Turning Point for Cross The Ages Assets
With the imminent closure of the Arkhante Season Mints, we are now witnessing the transition to a deflationary game economy. The scarcity and value of Assets of the first season increase as their availability decreases. This dynamic creates a sense of urgency and preciousness around which decisions about possible investments or sales are made in haste.
Echo of a Glorious Past
Every asset, every card, every shard, and every Arkhante chest carries with it memories of battles, trades, and strategies crafted in a spirit of camaraderie and competition.
Here are the assets you can still Minter until Friday:
- Arkhante Cards of different rarities: Mythic, Special Rare, Exclusive, Ultra Rare, Rare, Common and Uncommon.
- Shards : Ruby, Kraken, Argonath, Solis and Harpy.
- Akhante Chests : Neo event (Halloween, Christmas, Lunar, Arkhante Neo, Easter, Reborn, Rising Suns, Plenition), Basic, Mega, Ultra, Extra, Super, Omega, Christmas and Lunar Mission, Lunar Omega, Bored Box, NFT NYC 2023, NFTokyo 2023, ETHCC 2023, and KBW 2023.
All these assets are much more than just collectibles, they have become time capsules that bear witness to the path taken by Cross The Ages.

Economic dynamics!
Several factors contribute to this economic dynamic:
- The creation of “Combo Cards” in future seasons, enriching the game strategy.
- Opening Arkhante Chests offering cards from previous seasons, cosmetics, and more.
- The potential introduction of new mechanics by the Cross the Ages team to encourage the use (and therefore reduction) of assets.
A Perpetual Legacy
The first Arkhante season of Cross the Ages reminds us of the importance and historical value of the Alpha and Beta editions of Magic The Gathering, for example. As with these pioneering seasons of Magic, the Arkhante season is meant to be celebrated for its innovative nature, all that it brought to the community, but also for its essential contribution to the ecosystem of the game.
Not only does it represent the beginning of the Cross The Ages story, it is also the legacy that elevates this season's assets to a status of major collection importance.
With the imminent closure of Mints, players and collectors are living a crucial moment. Those who hold these precious assets are not only the owners of a part of the history of Cross The Ages. But above all, they are the owners of potential keys for innovative game strategies and for the optimal future valuation in the ecosystem.
With this somewhat nostalgic reflection and this solemn and respectful Farewell, we recognize the inestimable value of the first Arkhante Season. First for the “collection” aspect, but also as a solid foundation for the edifice that is “Cross The Ages”.
