AMA March 2025 - Cross The Ages is doing its spring cleaning!

Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 6 p.m., Cross The Ages presented a new AMA (Ask Me Anything) live on Twitch, bringing together Sami, Quentin, and AntonyThese monthly meetings are always important moments for the community, during which transparency is essential, and major announcements punctuate the discussion. If 2024 has been a year fraught with pitfalls, this AMA truly marks a turning point, as the planets finally seem to be aligning.

The 2025 roadmap is certainly somewhat ambitious. It involves new game mechanics, the launch of Arise, the migration to Solana, and a strategic adjustment of the Lands policy. Punctuated by both promising and disappointing announcements, this AMA was an opportunity to clarify certain situations. Among them, the reasons that led to the extension of waiting times for the arrival of IRL lands.

Namely, on the one hand, the increase in energy costs (+25% in the chosen region). And on the other hand, the noise pollution measurable in decibels generated by the site and which did not comply with current regulations.

This decision is also a consequence of the policy pursued until then, and today, the choice has been made to completely take over this organization from scratch by Sami himself, accepting some financial losses. A better perspective of profitability and an assumed choice, which refocuses CTA at the heart of all decisions, without an ancillary company to manage the delivery of the Lands. 

Cross The Ages wouldn't be the incredible intellectual property it is without its rich lore. Blast,  its card game (TCG) and Arise, its (MMORPG) in development, are also nourished by the history of the characters who are illustrated in the collections of the different factions.

The literary saga plays a fundamental role, as in any self-respecting dystopian novel. At the next AMA (in April), the writers may be there to discuss the long-awaited Volume 2. A journey into Lore that will certainly further enrich CTA's transmedia experience.

Cross The Ages TCG players will soon be able to explore an explosive new feature in their hands. A brand-new gameplay called  Blast  which arrives in April 2025. Before that, a beta-test phase will be open to certain players, allowing the last bugs in the game to be corrected, and making the experience even more interesting. An announcement that promises to further boost the game's mechanics!

The excitement of the community that has been waiting so long to test  Arise , is at its peak. The MMORPG has been in development for three years, and is finally approaching the stage where full-scale testing can begin.

Events to absolutely remember:

• Beta Testing, planned for May 2025.

• Beta Testing, available for Mint Pass owners only.

• The budget reaches a level close to double AA, proof of the ambition of the project.

• A new interactive cinematic video will arrive in about a month, further fueling players' anticipation and curiosity.

• And finally, the roadmap also mentions a console release, although it won't be coming soon.

The team, very excited about the release of Arise, is full of praise for this ambitious project, which promises to be an experience that is as rich as it is immersive.

A new milestone for the Cross The Ages ecosystem is about to be reached.

Migration to the Solana blockchain. It is planned between May and June.

What are the direct consequences?

• Login will be via Phantom Wallet, Apple, Google or Epic Games instead of just email.

• The Introduction of Stones and Trisel on the blockchain (on chain).

• Liquidity Pools on Raydium.

• The Return and Optimization of the Usefulness of Mintpass

CTA is accelerating its transition to a more fluid and scalable environment, with a strong focus on digital ownership and interoperability. In short, we are entering the era of pure gaming.

The lands of Cross The Ages have been the subject of much discussion.

The land originally planned for Oregon has been abandoned in favor of other lands currently being acquired. The team is proposing three legislative options, and the community will be able to choose which approach it considers best:

1. Classic NFT

2. Tokenization

3. Another model to be defined together

While some have dismissed the project, interpreting this reversal as a bad thing, or a step back from CTA's commitments, it actually appears to be a genuine opportunity. A more suitable site means reliable and sustainable performance, rather than a problematic project that would have disappointed the community.

Sami's participatory approach, by proposing three options, confirms the idea that CTA takes into account the expectations of its community in its major decisions.

The Lands will therefore see the light of day in 2025, but no date has been announced yet.

This year, CTA's major e-sports event, “Heroes' Legacy,” will indeed take place.

It will be held on November 8 and 9, 2025 at Parc Chanot in Marseille.

On this occasion, CTA will be the guest of another event: "the Hero Festival" which will bring together more than 50,000 people and of which Cross The Ages will be the headliner.

To qualify, players will have to participate in the online phases this summer. The rest of the competition will take place on site for the greatest pleasure of fans and enthusiasts of  Blast  (TCG) from around the world.

The cost of crafting the Watchdogs collection has been discussed, and consideration is currently being given to possible compensation for owners affected by the change to the crafting system. The team hasn't provided specific details yet, but the message is clear: a solution will be found.

The possibility of creating a "Founder's Pack" has been discussed, which will include skins and other exclusives for early adopters of the game. This is a way to reward those who have been involved in testing the Arise ecosystem and helping to resolve issues before its official launch.

Selling pressure on the $CTA token has been a hot topic in 2024. That said, the end of VC unlocks in mid-March finally allows the token to breathe and lay a more solid foundation to cushion growth. This newfound stability could well attract investors again and strengthen confidence in the project's future.

A major internal reorganization took place in 2024, Richard Estève, one of the co-founders of Cross The Ages, officially left the project to focus 100% on his company DataFactory and his favorite field, energy. 

Sami Chlagou, for his part, has taken over Richard's shares in CTA, which allows him to consolidate the already well-advanced structure and push it to the highest level to achieve current objectives, develop new ones and lead his Project to the World Summit according to his long-term vision. The Oscar is ours for Cross The Ages.

If 2024 was a year rich in challenges of all kinds, this AMA of the month of March 2025 dispels all doubts and opens a new perspective for Cross The Ages. Between renewed gameplay, expansion of the TCG, migration to Solana and imminent arrival ofArise, there roadmap 2025 is ambitious and structured.

The postponement of the lands may seem like a downside. But in reality, it guarantees better project construction and greater stability for those who invest in it.

Cross The Ages seems stronger than ever, and this AMA only confirmed the team's determination and the alignment of the planets.

Despite the storms, Cross The Ages continues to chart its course with a clear vision. 2024 rocked the ship, but didn't capsize it. 2025 healed the minor boo-boos and is shaping up to be the year of all possibilities.

Between a solid roadmap, a TCG that is renewing itself and a RPG which promises to be very addictive, the project has never been closer to the vision that Cross The Ages imagined it to be.
