Opax Unit - The Hybrid Heroes of Mantris, half-robot, half-human.

Today we set off together to discover the rescue agents of Mantris, through two very beautiful exclusive cards.

These masterpieces introduce us to the members of theOpax Unit. They are an elite of the Mantris faction who are distinguished by their unwavering dedication to ensuring that the mantri live in safety and peace. The paradox is total between their ability to embody the advanced technological strength of Mantris. Then at the same time, their fragility in letting the delicate humanity they hide behind the coldness of the steel that makes up their armor shine through.

Constantly tossed between conflict management and support for the population, the agents of the Opax Unit perfectly interpret their role as guardians of life in Mantris. Ready to do anything to protect and save, these heroes are not simple soldiers, they are symbols of hope and compassion.

The Opax Unit reminds us that true strength lies in the balance between technology and humanity. The least we can say is that with the development of AI, this topic is more relevant than ever and brings up questions that intrinsically concern our reality.

Opax Unit - Behind the metal, a heart

In the standard version of this exclusive card, we are transported to Mantris in the middle of the buildings in a lush garden bathed in light. In this garden, the colorful flowers awaken and dance gently in the wind. While we are hypnotized by the incessant ballet of the petals that float lightly in the air. A scene plays out before us, almost unreal. It brings to our eyes the idyllic story of a woman dressed in elegant and sophisticated armor, who stands next to a young girl to reassure her. The latter holds out to her with her little arms what seems to be a stuffed animal representing Ravix, as if to ask for his help. The little girl entrusts to the Opax agent her pretty Doudou who is a little sick.

The half-woman, half-machine hybrid agent kneels down to comfort the little girl, and by wrapping his left arm around her, whispers incantations from another place and especially from another time. The futuristic structures that surround this haven of peace stand majestically, almost like silent towers and a forgotten sanctuary.

The agent's silver and pink hair, adorned with delicate flowers, borders her smiling and benevolent face. Her armor, despite its metallic charms and pink fur, does not seem to be out of place in this enchanting setting. On the contrary, it harmonizes with the natural elements, like a sort of bridge between technology and nature. The young girl, in a richly embroidered traditional dress, also seems at ease. What a symbol of innocence, purity, and kindness for children.

Together, they exchange and share moments of complicity, a conversation filled with tenderness. Small golden birds circle around the little girl's head, it remains to be seen whether they are real or if they are holograms.

What is the relationship between these two characters? What are they really telling each other?

Do they have family ties?

Protection and Care no matter the time and moment

The Alternate Version of this Exclusive card highlights the Opax Unit agent's determination to rescue all the creatures of Mantris. For a brief moment, while it rains heavily on the city and Galana shines with a shimmering orange, dressing the horizon in a mosaic of colors.

This opax unit rescuer, suspended in the air, seems to be sitting, sliding down a tower. Her armor has opened, spreading wings on her back like an umbrella, forming a bubble of protection around her. A small bird has come to seek refuge nestled in her hands. It seems to be safe, warmed by the warmth of its protector.

The contrast between the power of the armor and the agent's delicacy with the bird is striking. What is the role of this woman in the Opax Unit? Why is this bird so important to her? Is it just another creature to be rescued? Or does it have a more personal meaning to her?

The Opax Unit, the beating heart of Mantris robots

With these two exclusive cards, Cross The Ages offers us a fascinating window into the lives of the agents of the Opax unit of Mantris. Whether in difficult times or in easier times, these characters embody the duality that can exist between technology and humanity, between strength and gentleness, chaos and peace. Their mission goes beyond simple physical protection; they bring hope and comfort to a world that sorely lacks it.
